Pancakes

Well, I want to warn you that this is not the good old american pancake recipe. This is something my mom used to make for us after school when we ( me and my sister) were kids.



Ingredients
  1. Wheat Flour- half cup
  2. Salt- to taste
  3. Sugar- 2 tbspn
  4. Shredded Coconut- 4 tbp
  5. Cardamom/Vanilla Essence - 2
  6. Water- for batter
Method:
  1. In a bowl mix the flour, salt and sugar with water a make thin batter. Not too watery, yet thin.
  2. In another bowl mix sugar and coconut along with cardamom powder or vanilla essence.
  3. On to the pan pour one large spoon of batter and make the cake and cover it with a lid
  4. Once cooked on to the cake in the mid portion put the coconut mixture and fold it from both sides
  5. It can be eaten as brekfast or as an evening snack. (Serves 2 people)
