Aloo Gobi
Ingredients
- Potato- 1 medium
- Cauliflower- I cup
- Onion - 3 medium size
- Tomato- 1 large
- Garlic- 2/3 large cloves
- Cumin seeds- few
- Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri chili- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric-a pinch
- Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
- Corainder powder- 2 tbp
- Salt-to taste
- Coraider leaves- for garnish
- Sunflower oil- 2 tbp
- Peel and clean the potato and cut them into cubes.
- Cook potatos in a pot and drain the excess water and keep aside
- In a pan crackle cummin seeds and saute garlic and onion followed by tomato in oil
- Mix all the masala powders and add cauliflower into it.
- Pour required water and cook after covering with a lid
- Add salt to taste and serve hot with chapathis or naan
