Aloo Gobi


Ingredients
  1. Potato- 1 medium
  2. Cauliflower- I cup
  3. Onion - 3 medium size
  4. Tomato- 1 large
  5. Garlic- 2/3 large cloves
  6. Cumin seeds- few
  7. Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
  8. Kashmiri chili- 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric-a pinch
  10. Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
  11. Corainder powder- 2 tbp
  12. Salt-to taste
  13. Coraider leaves- for garnish
  14. Sunflower oil- 2 tbp
Method:
  1. Peel and clean the potato and cut them into cubes.
  2. Cook potatos in a pot and drain the excess water and keep aside
  3. In a pan crackle cummin seeds and saute garlic and onion followed by tomato in oil
  4. Mix all the masala powders and add cauliflower into it.
  5. Pour required water and cook after covering with a lid
  6. Add salt to taste and serve hot with chapathis or naan
