Vellarika Pachadi/ Field marrow in yogurt sauce
Ingredients:
- Cucumber- a small one
- Yogurt- half cup
- Red Chily- 3 nos:
- Curry Leaves - a few
- Salt-to taste
- Mustard Seeds- a few
- Coconut Oil- 1 tspn
Method:
- Cut cucumber into small pieces
- Cook the cucumener and add Yougurt into it
- Splutter mustard seeds in oil along with red chily and curry leaves
- Add it into the yougurt cocumber mix
- Add salt and serve
