Orange Chicken stir - fry with Spaghetti


Ingredients

  1. Chicken breast ( skinless)- 125gms
  2. Orange juice- half of an orange
  3. Orange Zest - 1/4 tspn
  4. Soya sauce- 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt- to taste
  6. Brown sugar/Honey- 1/2 tspn
  7. Garlic- 1 small clove
  8. Corainder leaves- for garnish
  9. Olive oil - 2 tbp
  10. Pasta- 100gms

Method:

  1. In a bowl mix together orange juice, zest, garlic, soya sauce, salt and sugar
  2. In a bowl add olive oil and cook the chicken until its not pink any more
  3. Add the sauce and cook until the sauce starts bubbling
  4. Mean while boil water with some oil and salt,
  5. Add the pasta/ spaghetti and cook for roughly 10mints and drain it and add some cold water over it
  6. Spoon the chicken into the centre of the serving plate
  7. Take out the pasta and put into the wok in which you cooked the chicken and let it get soaked in the sauce
  8. Spoon the pasta on the sides of the chicken and add corainder for garnish
  9. Serve hot
Tips: Make sure you do not add too much soya sauce and salt needs to be added only if required as soya sauce already has some salt in it. Avoid Orange zest if u don't like the the bitterness of it.
