Pachamulka Udacha Chamanthi


Ingredients:
  1. Green chilly - 3
  2. Shallots- 6 or 7
  3. Tamarind paste- a pinch
  4. Coconut oil - 1 tsp
  5. Salt- to taste
Method:

  1. Peel shallots and clean
  2. Into a small grinder add the shallots, green chilly, tamarind pulp, salt and oil and grind ( don't grind to paste) roughly.
  3. Serve with tapioca or rice. Tastes best with tapioca
Tips: It is so yum, please use only coconut oil because it will not taste as good with any other oil in the world.
