Pachamulka Udacha Chamanthi
Ingredients:
- Green chilly - 3
- Shallots- 6 or 7
- Tamarind paste- a pinch
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Peel shallots and clean
- Into a small grinder add the shallots, green chilly, tamarind pulp, salt and oil and grind ( don't grind to paste) roughly.
- Serve with tapioca or rice. Tastes best with tapioca
