Paneer Tikka Masala

Ingredients:-


For grill:-
  1. Paneer cut into large pcs- 200 gm
  2. Onion- 1 large cut itno bite size pcs
  3. Capsicum-Green- 1 large cut into bite size pcs
For marination:-
  1. Yogurt- 1/2 cup
  2. Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
  3. Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
  4. Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  5. Lime juice- 1 tbsp
  6. Salt-to taste
  7. Garam masla- 1/2 tsp
For sauce:-
  1. Tomato- 3 or 4 medium pureed
  2. Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder- a pinch
  4. Onion chopped- 1 medium
  5. Garlic chopped- 4/5 cloves
  6. Salt-to tatse
  7. Vegetable oil- 3 tbsp
  8. Kasuri methi (Dry fenugreek leaves)- 1/2 tsp
  9. Fresh coriander leaves- a few for garnish
Method:-

  1. Marinate the paneer capsicum and onion in the yogurt spice mixture and keep aside for 30 minutes
  2. Grill  the marinated paneer and veggies on the pan and keep aside
  3. For the sauce saute' onion and garlic in oil and add he spices followed byt he tomato puree' and cook for 10 minutes covered.
  4. Add in the grilled paneer and veggies followed by any left over marinated yogurt mix andcook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Finally add the kasuri methi and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rotis or rice as you prefer
