Cream cones

Ingredients:

  1. Puff pastry sheet- 1 sheet
  2. Whipped cream- 1/2 cup
  3. Candied cherry or strawberry- a few
  4. Egg wash- 1 few spoons
Method:-
  1. Roll out your puff pastry and cur thin stripes about half an inch wide 
  2. On an aluminium cone mould or a cone made out of aluminium foil wrapped over a paper cone , wrap the pastry stips over lapping one over the other.
  3. Apply egg wash on top and bake on 190 degrees on a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy
  4.  Let the cones cool completely and remove from the mould
  5. Fill in butter cream or whipped cream topped with cherry.
  6. You can also fill it with chocolate if you prefer.
