Cream cones
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry sheet- 1 sheet
- Whipped cream- 1/2 cup
- Candied cherry or strawberry- a few
- Egg wash- 1 few spoons
Method:-
- Roll out your puff pastry and cur thin stripes about half an inch wide
- On an aluminium cone mould or a cone made out of aluminium foil wrapped over a paper cone , wrap the pastry stips over lapping one over the other.
- Apply egg wash on top and bake on 190 degrees on a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy
- Let the cones cool completely and remove from the mould
- Fill in butter cream or whipped cream topped with cherry.
- You can also fill it with chocolate if you prefer.
