Meat puffs
Ingredients:-
1. Puff pastry sheet- 1 large
2. Minced buffalo meat- 1 cup
3. Onion- 1 large
4. Garlic- 4-5 cloves
5. Turmeric powder- a pinch
6. Pepper powder- 1 tsp
7. Salt- to taste
8. Vegetable oil- 2 tbsp
9. Egg - 1 no
Method:-
1. In a frying pan sauté onion n garlic in oil follwed by turmeric salt and pepper powder. Add the mencied meat and saute for about 5 minutes until completely cooked. This is the filling. Allow it to cool
2. Cut the pastry sheets into desired size and put the filling inside and close pinching the edges slightly
3. Whisk upthe egg and add a light touch on each puff.
4. Spray your bakinv tray with oil or use a butter paper so that the pastries wont stick to the bottom of the pan.
5. Bake it in a preheated oven on 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
