Sausage Kupoos Wrap
Ingredients:-
For the Sausage filling
- Good quality Chicken sausage- 4 no:
- Onion- 1 medium size
- Garlic- 4 or 5 cloves
- Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp.
- Sunflower oil- 2 to 3 tbsp..
- Salt- to taste
- Good quality kupoos- couple
- Fresh tomato seeded- 1 no:
- Fresh coriander chopped- few
- Lemon wedge
- Thick Yogurt- 1 tsp.
- Slice the sausages thinly as possible and sauté them in oil until crispy. Take them out.
- In the same pan sauté garlic and onion until brown.
- Add the crispy sausages, pepper powder and salt.
- Sprinkle some lemon juice on top of the mix.
- Tear a kupoos in half and in the middle which is like a pouch; smear a little of the yogurt on to the kupoos, throw a little bit of the sausage mix, tomato, fresh coriander Wrap them up and take it on the go or enjoy a lazy Sunday evening snack. Enjoy!
- Freshly ground black pepper cones will be best for those who like a little kick. Shop bought ground pepper powder lack heat and there for you might need to put in a lot more to bring up the heat.
- As a rule of thumb always buy whole spices and grind them according to your need. Nothing can beat the fresh smell and taste of freshly ground spices.
