Potato Fingers

Ingredients:-
  1. Potato Boiled & Mashed- 1 Large potato
  2.  Onion Chopped- 1 small
  3. Green Chilly Chopped- 3 no:
  4. Salt- To Taste
  5. Garlic paste- 4 or 5 large cloves
  6. Egg- 1
  7. Bread Crumbs- 1/2 cup
  8. Palin Flour- 1 tbsp.
  9. Oil- For Frying & Sautéing

Method:-
  1. In a tbsp. of oil sauté garlic, onion and green chilly until cooked threw.
  2. Mix the mashed potatoes with the onion mixture and add salt
  3. Roll the potatoes in finger shape and coat them first in plain flour
  4. Beat one egg and dip the potato fingers in egg wash , followed by bread crumbs.
  5. Fry Potato fingers in oil until light golden brown.
  6. Serve it with ketchup
Tips:-
  1. Always use fresh garlic paste. The more garlicky the better it will be
  2. You need not deep fry; you can lightly oil the pan and fry them on low flames
  3. Optionally you can add fresh coriander leaves chopped in the mix to have a more refreshing taste or make a coriander dip to go with this.
