Sev Puri
Ingredients
- Chickpea flour- 1/2 cup
- Salt- to taste
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
- Asofatida- 1 pinch
- Water- to make batter
- Onion - 1/2 of one
- Tomato- 1/2 of one
- Oil- for frying
- Corainder leaves- few
- Lime juice- 1/2 a lime
- Mix chickepea flour, salt, tumeric and asofatida with water to make a thick batter.
- In a noodle maker pour the mixture in batches on to a wok with hot oil.
- Flip it after a minute or two once it is fried.
- Cool it and break them up.
- Chop all the vegetables and place them on top of the sev and squuze enough lime juice
- Have it for snack time with tea
