Sev Puri



Ingredients
  1. Chickpea flour- 1/2 cup
  2. Salt- to taste
  3. Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
  4. Chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
  5. Asofatida- 1 pinch
  6. Water- to make batter
  7. Onion - 1/2 of one
  8. Tomato- 1/2 of one
  9. Oil- for frying
  10. Corainder leaves- few
  11. Lime juice- 1/2 a lime
Method
  1. Mix chickepea flour, salt, tumeric and asofatida with water to make a thick batter.
  2. In a noodle maker pour the mixture in batches on to a wok with hot oil.
  3. Flip it after a minute or two once it is fried.
  4. Cool it and break them up.
  5. Chop all the vegetables and place them on top of the sev and squuze enough lime juice
  6. Have it for snack time with tea
