Egg Burji


Ingredients
  1. Egg- 2 yolks and 3 whites
  2. Onion - 2 small
  3. Tomato- 1/2
  4. Green hilly-1 no
  5. Red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric- 1 pinch
  7. Salt- to taste
  8. Fresh Corainder- few
  9. Mustard Seeds- few
  10. Oil- 2 tbsn
Method:
  1. Crackle mustard seeds in oil and saute the chopped onion followed by tomatos
  2. Add the masalas and salt.
  3. Beat the egg and the mixture to the masala and cook until done
  4. Garnish with corainder
  5. Serve hot with chapathi or bread
