Egg Burji
Ingredients
- Egg- 2 yolks and 3 whites
- Onion - 2 small
- Tomato- 1/2
- Green hilly-1 no
- Red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric- 1 pinch
- Salt- to taste
- Fresh Corainder- few
- Mustard Seeds- few
- Oil- 2 tbsn
- Crackle mustard seeds in oil and saute the chopped onion followed by tomatos
- Add the masalas and salt.
- Beat the egg and the mixture to the masala and cook until done
- Garnish with corainder
- Serve hot with chapathi or bread
