Beef Cutlet
Ingredients
- Beef-1/2 Kg
- Shallots- 1 Cup
- Garlic- 3 to 4 large cloves
- Ginger- 1 large cube
- Green Chilly- 4 to 5 nos
- Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt-to Taste
- Boiled potatos- 1 medium
- Fresh Corainder- a handful
- Egg - 2 nos
- Oil- for frying
- Bread Crumbs- 1/2 cup
- Pressure cook the beef with some salt after cleaning until 5 whistles one on high flame and 4 on low flame.
- Mean while chop shallots, green chillies and grind giger and garlic together.
- Saute' the shallots,ginger garlic and green chillies until soft.
- Mince the cooked beef in a grinder and mash the potatos.
- Mix the minced beef and mashed potatos with the shallot mix.
- Mix in one or 2 egg yolks into the mixture and switch off flame
- Once the mixture cools down add the corainder leaves, pepper and salt if require.
- Make small pattice in round or cylinderical shape as you wish.
- Dunk the pattice first in egg white beaten followed by in the bread crumbs
- Repeat the same for all pattice and fry the pattice in oil until golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup or with rice.
