Chocolate Walnut Brownies
Ingredients:-
- Butter Melted- 100gms
- Dark semi sweet chocolate- 200gms
- Eggs- 4 no
- Dark Brown sugar- 1/2 cup
- Salt-1/2 tsp.
- Baking powder- 2 tsp.
- All Purpose Flour/Maida- 1 cup
- Vanilla Extract- 1 tsp.
- Walnut toasted and chopped- 1 cup/ a handful
Method:-
- Butter the cake tin. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat melt the chocolate and butter. Allow it to cool.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar and vanilla so that the sugar is dissolved/ until the mixture changes its colour slightly.
- Pour the egg mixture into the chocolate and stir to combine.
- Fold in the flour mix, be careful not to over mix.
- Stir in the walnut and pour the batter in to the cake tin and bake for 35-40minutes or when inserted a skewer it comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool and cut them in to desired sizes.
- You may serve them with Ice Cream.
