Chocolate Walnut Brownies



Ingredients:-

  1. Butter Melted- 100gms
  2. Dark semi sweet chocolate- 200gms
  3. Eggs- 4 no
  4. Dark Brown sugar- 1/2 cup
  5. Salt-1/2 tsp.
  6. Baking powder- 2 tsp.
  7. All Purpose Flour/Maida- 1 cup
  8. Vanilla Extract- 1 tsp.
  9. Walnut toasted and chopped- 1 cup/ a handful

Method:-

  1. Butter the cake tin. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat melt the chocolate and butter. Allow it to cool.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar and vanilla so that the sugar is dissolved/ until the mixture changes its colour slightly.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the chocolate and stir to combine.
  6. Fold in the flour mix, be careful not to over mix.
  7. Stir in the walnut and pour the batter in to the cake tin and bake for 35-40minutes or when inserted a skewer it comes out clean.
  8. Let the brownies cool and cut them in to desired sizes.
  9. You may serve them with Ice Cream.
