Pineapple Crisp

This is something my mom used to make for us when we were kids. My mom's recipe is from Mr. K. M. Mathew's Recipe Book.

Ingredient:
  1. Pineapple Chopped- 1 cup
  2. Marie Gold Biscuit Blitzed- 1 cup
  3. Butter- 2 table spoon
  4. Sugar- 2 tbsp.
  5. Salt-to Taste
  6. Cinnamon- 1 inch
  7. Cloves- 1 or 2
  8. Lemon Zest- 1 tea sppon

Method
  1. Cook the chopped pineapples with some water along with the cinnamon and cloves until the pineapple is soft and strain off any extra water.
  2. Grease a cake tin with butter and layer the pineapple on the tin. Note to remove  cloves and  cinnamon stick before.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until sugar is dissolved completely and add the blitzed biscuits and mix them together. Add Salt to taste
  4. Layer the mixture on top of the cake tin, followed by the lemon zest.
  5. Finally add tiny hoops of butter on top and bake it an oven for 30 mint at 180 degree.
  6. Serve hot with Ice Cream or Custard.
